Return and Refund Policy

At Nyra Clothing, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policies below:

  1. Return/Replacement Eligibility:

    • Returns/replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
    • To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, and complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
    • A 360° unedited parcel-opening video showing the address details and defect is mandatory for processing returns.
  2. Conditions Not Eligible for Return:

    • Minor manufacturing defects like loose threads.
    • Slight color variations due to photographic effects.
    • Issues not meeting the above conditions will not qualify for a return or replacement.
  3. Free Replacement:

    • Replacements are provided within 7 days for damaged or incorrect items.
  4. Return Process:

    • Customers must ship the product back to our address, as we do not offer return pick-up.
  5. Sarees:

    • Defects such as tears, incorrect length, or missing blouse pieces are eligible for returns.
    • Knots, slubs, minor gaps, dye bleeding, or color mismatch are not considered defects.
  6. Refunds:

    • No Refund, Only Exchange

Note: Returns for international orders must be shipped at the buyer’s cost, including customs charges.
