Return/Replacement Eligibility:
Returns/replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, and complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A 360° unedited parcel-opening video showing the address details and defect is mandatory for processing returns.
Conditions Not Eligible for Return:
Minor manufacturing defects like loose threads.
Slight color variations due to photographic effects.
Issues not meeting the above conditions will not qualify for a return or replacement.
Free Replacement:
Replacements are provided within 7 days for damaged or incorrect items.
Return Process:
Customers must ship the product back to our address, as we do not offer return pick-up.
Sarees:
Defects such as tears, incorrect length, or missing blouse pieces are eligible for returns.
Knots, slubs, minor gaps, dye bleeding, or color mismatch are not considered defects.
Refunds:
No Refund, Only Exchange
